Our Company was established in 1965, concurrent with the start of the Syracuse Area Realtors Multiple Listing Service(MLS). Both organizations observed Forty Year Anniversaries during 2005. Your property aspirations might include purchasing, selling, rent, investments, farms, land developments, relocating cross-town or cross-country, etc. Our spacious state of the art facility was a 19th century farm house, home of the first county resident conscripted into the Union Army, circa 1863. The structure was restored by a nationally known architect who succeeded in retaining the charm and character, also adding newer décor reflecting the psychology of the real estate industry. This building is now a 21st Century business center, which includes Normoyle Real Estate administrative offices and four other business and professional tenants.
